When does your period come back after dropping the combined pill

Hi, I stopped taking the pill at the end of July. I had the withdrawal as usual but I haven’t had a period this month (August). Last time I had sex was in February and I had multiple withdrawal bleeds as I would take a week break after I finish a pack of pills. Could I be pregnant or it just my period is delayed due to hormones regulating again.

It can take some people several months for their natural cycle to regulate, especially if they had irregular cycles before going on the pill . Also if the last sex was in February, then I think you might have noticed some other signs of pregnancy by now .
