Every time I have sex it hurts and kind of feels like it’s tight when it’s not and then afterwards i get the tiniest bit of blood. Afterwards I have a slight itchiness, anyone that’s had thrush is this it?

This definitely sounds like thrush you also get discharge, I would still recommend going to the GP and double checking it is thrush and not something else.
Bleeding would not be a feature of candida. A GP or sexual health clinic visit would be a good idea
