I presume by "ate some vag" you mean you gave a woman oral sex. This is unlikely to transmit sti's but not impossible. The changes on your throat may be totally unrelated to sexual infections , but you should attend a sexual health clinic for assessment and swabs, or your GP. It is not impossible to get gonorrhoea or chlamydia at the back of the throat in heterosexuals.
