I am a 22 year old female with HERPES 2, HPV AND PCOS!!!

I am new to this community and App but I am excited that I found it and now I have a place where I can come and not feel alone.....so anyway, I am a 22 years old female who just found out on January 18th 2019 that I have Herpes 2 (yes, Genital Herpes) and last month I was diagnosed with PCOS. So I am in a whole whirlwind of emotions and thoughts about both diagnoses and I’m trying not to stress about it because stressing could make you sicker. But overall let me give you a little back story, in September 2017 I went to the GYN for my first ever PAP and my results came back Abnormal and the doctor notice I had some lesions on my vaginal area (which is causing me to have a lot of pain when having sex, which is definitely not enjoyable) and she took a culture of the lesions to make sure it was nothing wrong and the results came back saying that it was nothing and so now fast forward to January 18th 2019, she is just now telling me those lesions are HERPES type 2 because back then there was no “symptoms” but now I am breaking out with sores in my vaginal and anal area. So the doctor prescribed me Valacyclovir to take 2 times a day for 5 days to help the virus stop spreading but as I already took the pills (this would be day 3) it looks as if my symptoms are getting worser because I am seeing a rapid speed of bumps and sores and it is very discomforting to urinate. Now as for the PCOS, I did a lot of research because I never knew what it was but I am still confused as to if I will be able to have kids or not because my doctor is saying people sometimes are still able to reproduce while having PCOS. So can someone please give me an insight as to 1). What can I do to help make my herpes process go a lot smoother? And 2). What more can you tell me about being able to have kids while having PCOS?
