Herpes!!! I really need some advice anybody welcome to comment thanks

Back on August 10 I was told I had Uti and they gave me some medication for it and they did tests to make sure I anit have stds so they treated me just in case my results came back negative so I was taking 2 different medicine which was cephalexin & metronidazole but my results came back negative so in the mix of me taking the medicine on the 3rd or 4th day I started itching which both medicine said it can cause vaginal itching and one can cause yeast infection I basically was scratching so hard and using tissue to wipe hard to comfort the itchin couple of days later I seen long cuts on each side of my labia the cuts was not blisters but they was long and bleeding & it was like a perfect cut so I was thinking it could have been a yeast infection so I got medicine for it it stop the burning but after I have sex the burning start right after and the doctors at the hospital claim I did not have a yeast infection but I have not have any problems with my private area until i started taking that medication what could it be

Confused by the title - so, you don’t have Herpes?

Did the docs @ hospital test for yeast infection/thrush or make an off the cuff judgement?

Just got tested herpes test was negative
