I have chlamidya but my partner doesn't yet he cheated on me

I recently tested positive for chlamidya after finding out my partner cheated on me. I have never cheated on him but he has on me and now I have chlamydia and he doesn't! We both had the same symptoms and mine started off as a urine infection as that's what the doctor tested me for and said I had a urine infection it still hadn't cleared in a few weeks so I went to another doctor who told me to get tested for sti's so I did and I told my partner to get tested too and he did after my results came back as positive for chlamidya. Now I have chlamidya and he doesn't as he says his doctor said it came back as negative and he got a text saying it was negativr but we are both on antibiotics for it. I don't know what's going on or how I have it and he doesn't. I have never even cheated on him.
