Hi , I stopped my last pack of pills 4 days early so I could have my period and I had then started my pack on a new date I think maybe 6-7 days after I stopped my last pack. I’ve taken the pills for 7 days but I wanna know if I am protected because I started on a new date and also on a day in my placebo week. Some help please!!x

Because you didn’t finish your pack you weren’t protected for the week you were on your period or the 7 days you took your pill because you broke your cycle. It’s as if you were starting all over again so protection will kick in from the 8th day! Hope this helps x
