Hi I've just started the pill and naturally I worry I took the pill yesterday at 9:37 then today at 9:48 I know this isn't the exact time and I was wondering if this would effect the effectiveness of the pill?

Hi, no it won’t do anything. As long as you’re taking it AROUND the same time then you’ll be fine. I’m on the same and sometimes I took it an hour apart depending on when I woke up. I have an alarm set now for a certain time but it never affected it

No... there's no need to be that precise on time. When you are taking medication daily it will eventually build up in your system to a degree. Ideally it's best to get into a routine of taking it around the same time ... just so you don't forget it!... especially important in the early days. Why not take it when you have your first drink in the morning, or breakfast... assuming you always eat it... or even when you clean your teeth? My 'must have daily' meds sit on the top of my tea bag cannister... it's the first thing I reach for in the morning!

Don't worry.
