I have been tested for chlamydia a week ago and still haven’t heard I’ve phone my doctor and they just said I should of had a text is there any other way to collect my results

That ultimately depends on where you got tested, the results should be on their system so if you have ID (if it was in your name) then you should be able to go where you got tested and show them your ID and they should be able to let you know your results or what has happened.
