struggling to ejaculate

hi I am 69 years old and have a good sex life until recently , in the last month I have found it difficult to ejaculate and then it is only a small amount . I was told zinc tablets may help as any body else got any advice thank you regards Spilsby

First and foremost I think you should visit your GP to discuss these problems, prior to trying things line zinc etc. They will probably give your prostate a checkup with an examination and a blood test. They will also look into any other issues such as your wee tsream ect.

what drugs are u taking. medications have notorious history of messing up with normal body functions. also u no spring chicken u need to take into consideration life and physiological changes. could it be stress related? are u in a new relationship? anything different in your diet or life? think global, body is systems oriented. good living.
