Mirena Coil

Hi there, so I got ths mirena coil fitted about two and half weeks ago when it was fitted it was fine, little to zero bleeding, not much pain just cramping but took paracetamol and then it went away.

Then about a week and half later i started heavy bleeding , I got a sharp pain in the bottom of my stomach and back?

Is this normal? Hope someone can help please? I am extremely worried
