I have the above mentioned infection, they found it via a swab test. In any case, I've some female partners in that time since I first believe I got it now that I think about it. What is the likelihood that I might have transmitted that infection to my partners via cunnilingus?

While the chances are small there is still a risk. Sorry mate I know it's unpleasant but you are going to have to let them know!

However, if you really aren't able to go through with telling them then revisit your clinic and explain the them as they will inform them that there is a chance that they have picked up and infection and need to be tested/receive treatment.

When the clinic inform your previous partners they do not mention you and is done completely anonymously. One last thing, you should do this as quickly as you can because there is always a chance that if one of them is infected that they are passing it on and the longer you leave it the more people could need to be tested for treatment.
