Do I have HERPES?!

I'm a 16yr old in a lesbian relationship and about a week ago I found a blister next to my bottom. I thought it would go away with a bit of sudocreme but it seems to have spread as I have three more and possibly a fourth, they're around the size of a pound coin each and are really painful. I have told my sister who said it'll be the hot weather and am too scared to tell my girlfriend, should I go to the doctors? Ignore it??My girlfriend and I were both virgins when we started dating so is it still possible she or I has herpes??? I don't know what to do please offer advice!!! - Louisa x
