Orgasm pain with fullish bladder

With an empty bladder I can have orgasms with no pain whatsoever, however if my bladder is slightly full I have difficulty reaching orgasm - which is painful when achieved. I can't find anything online/in faq which fits these symptoms as my urinary health is otherwise fine (ie no other UTI symptoms).

I have no history of STIs/UTIs or other bladder problems/infections. I have had this problem for as long as I can remember (minimum 5 years).

I can work around this problem by not drinking for an hour beforehand, but not sure if it is a potential problem or treatable?
