Hi
Go and get examined in person at a sexual health clinic - or by your GP - this is unrelated to your implant.
The bumps might be genital warts - which can be treated; or a variety of other skin conditions but it's impossible to diagnose without seeing it.
The discharge should also be tested, to rule out infections such as chlamydia and/or gonorrhoea.
And, depending on your age, and even if you had a normal smear test recently, it's important to be examined internally and the appearance of your cervix checked.
At its simplest, an inflamed cervix produces an increase in discharge - but why is there inflammation? That needs to be figured out carefully.
So, don't jjust guess or ignore what's happening.
Peace of mind is worth a huge amount, and so is diagnosing and treating something quickly. Ignoring some sexual conditions can lead to fertility problems later on, so take the time out of your busy week and treat yourself to the correct diagnosis and treatment as appropriate.
Take a good book with you, though, because clinics are very busy these days and you're likely to have quite a wait but even that is better than ignoring this and hoping it will all just go away. And, depending what it is, it might - but that can either be a good thing if not caused by an STI, but not a good thing if it is.
I hope this helps.
