And also the bump i found that the doctors said was herpes runs in my family so now im really conveniced that the test were incorrect because the bump went away fast and when i pee the pain went away fast and i have had this bump before.....

Having been a GP for 20 years, I am afraid that the issue does not go away. The advice I would give you is to go to your local GP surgery and talk to them about the issue and they will support you and get you the help you need. If not look on the NHS website and do what that says.
