Vaginal lumps

I've been diagnosed with genital herpes. I thought I was having another out break when I noticed fluid like lumps around the inside of my vagina. I've had no other herpes symptoms no pain discomfort or anything. They been there over 3 weeks now and haven't changed. Does this sound typical of herpes or cud b something else. I've had lots tests done n not heard back which usually a good sign but I don't wana put my partner at risk.
