I was diagnosed with NSU and given 4 tablets to get rid of it but told not to have sex for a week. I was an idiot and had sex with my ex-girlfriend the next day (she knew about my condition but didnt care and emotions got the best of us). What should i do?

You will need retreating and your girlfriend should have a full screen too and be treated as a contact of NSU. It's a good job you don't have to pay for any of this testing and treating, good old NHS! Or wait for your test results and if it's not chlamydia causing your symptoms then see your GP for their opinion if your symptoms persist. Drink plenty of fluids and avoid irritating your urethra.
