You do need help.
Urgently.
(1) Find your local sexual health/GUM clinic (bashh.org/BASHH/Clinics/cli... - **or** your GP (doctor).
(2) Make an appointment ASAP.
(3) Go for a checkup, describing the problem as you have done here.
(4) **Don't** have sex with anyone else until you have a result and have completed any treatment necessary.
