Hello :).
I had a sexual partner who also had spots on his shaft. He was too very concerned and self conscious that this was possibly and STD. However he hadn't had any sexual partners for a long time before. We had sex and I never had anything from him. It's very common and perfectly normal. It's typically just pimples, could be irritation from shaving. in growing hairs etc. Genital warts are typically a greyish colour around the genitals that group together in one area, along with itching/swelling or sometimes bleeding during intercourse. If these things are happening too then I suggest that you do go to a sexual health clinic to be tested. I know sometimes it can feel daunting or embarrassing but don't be ashamed!
I hope this was helpful
these are ectopic sebaceous glands ( Fordyce spots ) and are totally benign and normal.
This seems like goosebumps... which is totally natural at times. In that case it's totally harmless like the PP said. There's more of them and in pretty chunks on the front and goosebumps doesn't appear in this pattern... as in only at the top haphazardly. Well it could simply be some pimples due to hygiene issue . But if you've been sexually active and went on unprotected then best to get it checked once. Sometimes the papilloma virus or the genetal harpes shows up like this in the early incubation period. Getting it checked won't harm you even if it's really nothing. The surity and peace of mind is much needed and better be acquired.
Interesting! Rest assured, though, this is completely normal. The answer is quite interesting, actually!
It has to do with your primate ancestry. Gorillas and many other primates have spikes on and around the glans of their penis. Due to evolution, this feature pretty much missing from humans, but every now and then, someone still has it. This is one of the few things I recommend googling, because there's a LOT of advice as to how to deal with it and ease any discomfort. I hope this helped!
