I have these red things on my penis. it's itchy when I touch it sometimes but other than that I forget it's there. what it it? I've never had sex before I'm only 16

Hi man... It's still skin down there, so... it's almost certainly a skin complaint (irritation?)...

Think of keeping the area clean, any soaps/shower gel you use (and making sure you wash it off...)... these might even be the cause of the irritation. Too much cleaning, or too little may be a factor... (for example... I shower once a day...).

The photo looks like the underside... so it may be related to sweating... so there might even be an underwear solution...

If I were you, and you can face it (believe me, it's no big deal!!!) I'd go to the GP with it - they took *my* red rash seriously and gave me creams and antihistamines which helped...
