I'm sorry worried. I have a small cold sore on my lips. It's only been there for about two days... I'm wondering if after I touched the cold sore.... can I get "cold sores" down there?

It is very unlikely to pass the virus on to other parts of your own body after the first episode. You can sometimes get in other areas if you have touched both areas but you will usually notice that the first time you get an outbreak.
