Bumps filled with pus

I did a Vaginal wax a day ago and now have loads of bumps filled with pus. I'm also very sore and in constant pain.

I have Waxed that area before and never experienced this. I believe I was burnt hence the soreness and pain but unsure why I got pus filled bumps.

What could this be due to ?

How do I get rid of them ?

It sounds like you might have sensitive skin

Sounds ingrown hair.from my experience keep area clean

And dry as much as possible.get some medicated powder.apply should not dry up bumps.try a less "aggressive" form of hair removal because of the nature of your skin in future.hope this helps

It's ingrown hairs I used to get them a lot. I find using hair removal cream is the best for those sensitive areas as waxing and shaving cause problems. Just apply lots of aloe Vera gel and coconut oil. the bumps should go away. coconutandwhat.com also any tight clothing will cause friction and not help either
