Non stop bleeding

HELPPPPPP!!!!

I got the coil at the beginning of the month. the day I got it , I was bleeding , the nurse said that it is normal to bleed, but I have been bleeding for a whole month now, just last week I thought that the bleeding had stopped but now its like a brownish discharge. I don't feel no pain or different but im just worried about the brown discharge because the bleeding is nothing like mother natures blood its more like a brown bloody discharge.

Im starting to think I might have an infection
