Spot on my penis just under foreskin

I have had this spot for many years.not sure what it is.it doesn't seem to cause me any trouble or so it seems.at worst my girlfriend has urinary tract infections.but it just gives me concern.any idea what it is?. Thank you

hi. it looks like a simple cyst or a prominent pearly penile papule ( part of normal anatomy) so either way nothing to worry about. if you have had it for years and it hasn't changed it is unlikely to be causing your girlfriend the urinary tract infections. To be sure I would go to your local sexual health centre where they can have a quick look and likely reassure you. if your girlfriend is getting urinary tract infections it is worth checking that she hasn't got a sexually transmitted infection and if you haven't done so you should both go to your nearest sexual health centre to make sure you are both ok.
