Well I had unprotected sex with a random female.

Did my tests after a week, came out negative. Still I am worried.

Havent got any symptoms. Like rash or an ulcer,or fatigue touchwood. but my tricep feels a bit different, not paining though but not normal also.

Its More than 30 days form the day I had sex.

Can someone. Advice...

Don't think there's any Sti which will make your triceps hurt...

A week isn't really a long enough period after as things can take longer than this to show, but if wouldn't be concerned about your tricep. Go again in a month.
