Pregnancy and STIs are not the same thing, nor will a woman being pregnant cause symptoms for a man. If you are concerned it's best to go for a check up soon.

Also, it seems as though you are not using condoms, and it appears as though this is someone you don't know well. Therefore if you are changing partners or having sex with casual contacts, it's highly recommended you use condoms to protect yourself. An STI can be harmful to a baby, and if you are not a consistent condom user, you could unintentionally be causing harm by putting the mother at risk.
