I sleep with a lady without protection, and now my penis is swelling all time. When confronted, she admitted she got a disease but she cannot tell me. If a girl know that she is sick but did not tell you. Is punishable by law? What can I do?

I think you need to go to your local sexual health clinic and let them have a look. There are laws concerning transmission of sexual infections (but this may not even be an STI, so you need to get checked out). It depends what country you are in too... are you in the UK?
