any advice?

my 5 yr old daughter will not use the toilet. She walks around all day with no bottoms on and goes outside behind a bush. (Thank god we have privacy) she learned this habit from when her younger sister started potty training. Her sister (3yrs old) is 100%trained using potty and no more outside unless on a hike.

my 5 yr old also only poops in a diaper and if we leave the house she insists on a diaper which I get, she doesn’t trust herself yet. Also when she is asleep but she wakes up dry every single morning.

If I refuse to let her go outside or have a diaper she will scream and cry. Scream like she is getting kidnapped. It’s awful. So eventually I cave bcuz I’d rather give in then feel like I’m torturing her.

she refuses and incentives, treats, anything special if she just tries. She had helped potty train her sister and also now her 2ye old brother, so I know it’s not bcuz she is scared of the toilet. She will not give me and answers on how to help her she just shuts down. Not sure what else to do anymore.
