My baby is constipated 😭 any tips?

Hi my 6 month old has started a puree diet...but has not had a proper poo for 5 days he had a small one it looked hard... How can I help the poor thing 😭

Have you thought about prunes in his food. My babies have been constipated due to them being on gaviscon and the Dr prescribed lactose but if possible try the natural remedies first.xx

Thanks I brought a fruit sachet for babies containing prunes and it done the trick 🙂
