Hi AlexZahari02, People care about others when they are distressed like Dr's and nurses go into such work because they care about others. For people like me and Fightmood345 it is because we have family members who struggle, like you are and we hope to help.
Life is what you make it. I hope you can feel better as life changes and evolves for you.
If what you have been doing is not working, you might need to do something different in order to see change. Medication helps many people. Therapy helps others.
