This weekend I felt much better. By increasing the medication dose I was able to get out of my depression state. Some negative thoughts still linger but they aren’t as loud. For long term health, I need to keep taking my medication, deep breathing, prayer, and an excellent skill in communicating how I feel. I believe following those things will create long term happiness.
