I was wondering if this could be symptoms of an autistic Burnout. I have this horrible and intense headache that it feels like someone is hitting my forehead all around including the top of it with a hammer and I have such pain in my ears that I feel like pushing something through my eardrum to see if that will help the pain. This is after I've been dealing with a lot of noise and I haven't slept well and slept very few hours throughout the week.

That’s acute sensory overload and you should speak to your dr to check it’s nothing else. You need to find a way to minimise your exposure - ear defenders, etc. Also a regular sleep routine to see if you can reduce stimulation and sleep a little longer. Speak to your dr as a lack of sleep will have cumulative problems like you describe.
