Where to get diagnosed/tested for autism?

I'm a 28 year old women and my therapist believes I have autism. Who can usually diagnose autism in adults?

UK is "getting Better"? at diagnostic stage as there meant to be more places offering.

Often starts with GP/Quacks then referred onwards

Adult Services in your area are the main places.

My area has them with an Autism team which is pretty good.
