How to get occupational therapy?

HI I'm new, I'm an Autistic and Dyspraxic person 27+ I'm finding work very difficult , I work as shop assistant but I find following instructions and putting stock on shelves difficult and would like help developing strategies to improve. This is why I'd like if anyone could share thier experiences to applying for Occupational therapy, How, private or NHS funded, price, etc
