You may not understand me

or the way I feel today.

You may not understand my reasoning

for things I do or say.

I write my letters backwards

and sometimes numbers too.

When I'm in a conversation

I'll keep interrupting you.

Too much noise or light

will be the cause of tantrums.

I'll run when told to walk

and walk when told to run.

I didn't mean to spill the milk.

I feel like I'm not smart.

Everyone else is doing work.

I don't know where to start.

I know I'm very special.

My mother tells me so.

But I'm definitely one of those people

that you should get to know.
