Where can I pick up a neurologist, cheap?

I had my head injury 20 years ago, after which I gained ataxia. Should I still have a neurologist? Are they cheap to pick up? Is there a "brand" to look for? I know how inportant image is. It can be as differant as a Skoda and Porsche - as long as there not in a garage!

Hopefully someone will understand this

A neurologist is a neurological doctor ( a doctor specifically trained in neurological diseases/syndromes/problems, like ataxia. ;o)
