it says in "Wki":

*******************

An accident or mishap is an unforeseen and unplanned event or circumstance, often with lack of intention or necessity. It usually implies a generally negative outcome which may have been avoided or prevented had circumstances leading up to the accident been recognized, and acted upon, prior to its occurrence

*******************************

But, the ins.comp. will say: the accident may have been avoided by a healthy

person

the aim of all insurance company's is to make money and the best way of doing this is to not pay out they will try to play the "pre existing condition" card so in my experience unless you have anything signed and witnessed by at least 6 judges a police man or 2 and a few more wittiness to the fact they say you are covered they will try to wiggle out of paying
