I have a 14 yr old granddaughter who was diagnosed with F.A on her 13th birthday.
As a teenager - she does not yet acknowledge that she is "different". From my experience at the Ataxia Conference in Stansted in October - I now understand that this is 'normal' for her age.
I can only support / raise awareness / fund raise LOVE.
