Did miss your good advice and cheerful comments.Have just started RDA and it took nearly 2 hours and 2 people to get me on the horse and then I got off-without the winch so no swinging in the air. Get well soon.

I am glad you are riding Marie, it is good. The first time is the worst. Hark at me it's easy for me, I'm horse potty. Seriously good on you for trying.

Second time was much quicker.They used the winch. Actually went round the ring a few times .Held onto a small hoop..
