Hello Lit

Do you still dance? I have just watched dirty dancing,it brought back a lot of memories. What torture!!Still it was worth it to dance. Now I can hardly put one foot in front of the other, sad really, still that's the way it goes! At least I can say I did it.

Take care

Hello there

Yes I do normally still go dancing. Unfortunately, recently I had a bad back followed by really persistent cold and cough, so missed a few lessons. I am back now though! I like to think I look like the actors in the film, but I am glad that I cannot see the truth!

It is incredible though because I have to use 2 poles to walk normally and am VERY unsteady. My husband is great though. I am quite slow to learn a new dance but once he knows the steps he can steer me if I wobble. I really do not understand how I can do it and go backwards and cross over feet (the latest torture with the Quickstep)! I am sure it is good for my body though because it is doing stuff it doesn't normally anymore.

All the best

Lit
