One time in my life I could walk, run and play sport.

I could row for miles in my friends boat.

I could climb mountains with my friend Nigel.

But not any more because I’m bone idle πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Be happy πŸ‘πŸ»

Thank you. It is sad when we think of the things we used to do, but also joyful in that we were able to do them and that we have been able to make memories and were given a purpose in life. The journey has to end and we slow down, but that is when we can stop, and smell the rosies and smile at our achievements, however small. A time for ourselves and hopefully some peace. Keep smiling. You never know if the best is yet to come. β€οΈπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Thanks for sharing. I know what you mean despite not having done those particular things. I loved cycling but now it's an unnecessary effort to do anything. I enjoy watching on YouTube. X
