Vibration therapy

I have been wondering if anyone knows more on vibration therapy? Or has perhaps tried it.

I have heard reports of people using vibration only on shoes or whole body vibration, to some effect when dealing with gait difficulties.

Thanks

I have read that vibration therapy is being used in rehabilitation exercise plans. Although, at a local gym, I tried a vibration machine whilst doing some balance exercises to no long term effects.

I need to look up some protocols, eg length of time and exercises used. But it will be interesting to learn what you have to say.

Thanks
