I am 34 years old, i am suffering from left side pain, mainly in the joints, where the hands meets the shoulder,
Is it due to Ataxia?

Probably because of Ataxia related mobility and posture. Could you ask your physio ? Best wishes
Quite possibly. I have left side hip pain too. Due to my gait and posture because of Ataxia. This was my first symptom that anything wasn't right some 5 years ago and still get slight pain from time to time.
