ON the date of my visit to the Neurologist I get up early, I travel for about five and a half hours, I wait in the waiting room for half an hour, I then see the Neurologist for about 20 minutes and walk out more baffled and confused then when I walked in.

My broken brain swimming around with words I don’t understand like (the, and, neurons – whatever they are) I do appreciate that I have the same IQ as a chip sandwich but that’s my fault for not going to school.

On the other hand:

When I ask for advice on this website I make I nice cup of tea put the radio on and do I bit of typing.

Within a short period of time I get several answers back off the people who have a wealth of experience not only in having this condition but looking after a loved one.

ALL of the feedback is really good and really helpful.

Every person one the website is a strong, caring, helpful and resilient person and you should be proud. If you are a religious person you’ll defiantly all go to your version of heaven.

I’ll not mention my version of heaven but it involves the Kardashians, a private tropical Island with a fridge that never runs out of beer.

So stay together, stay on this website and stay strong.

PS no Neurologist was hurt in the writing of this post.

Who Cares Wins.

😂 🤔 I could go with the idea of a tropical island 😉

I know when I have seen my neurologist that he can't seem to answer many of my questions and yet on here, because we are going through the same thing I do get answers, this is a great site. I like the sound of a tropical island.

Whatever problems we all have, one of the best antidotes is a sense of humour!! Paul's post made me laugh out loud.

I don't bother going to see the nuerologist, l used to go twice a from the age of 12 then once a year from the age of 18, when l first went l didn't really understand what he was saying (still don't), he just said you'll go out of it well lm 60 now and still waiting (lying b@#£&#@) l went back about 7yrs ago, with all the advances inthey technology they might have different test's but no. I don't do much but taking about an hour to get there sitting in a waiting room just to go in for him to say we'll there's no cure they are just wasting my time they can waste as much as they like.
