Drugs that help with blurred vision and balance

Hi all. I saw a post on social media from Ataxia Uk that said that there are some drugs available to help (not cure) with blurred vision and balance. Do you know what these are called? My brother’s doctor in Italy has never mentioned anything so I would be grateful to know more.

Thank you all.

All drugs have side effect's which I don't like, that's why I hate taking them..I'm sure there are load's of drugs out there.
