Move over fatigue coming through!

I loved my spin classes but couldn’t stay awake when I got home . And didn’t want to give them up but had to in the end as it led to me having several bad falls it wasn’t a normal spin class it was at a much slower pace but another defeat .

Not a defeat!

You just need to tweak it!

My husband has his bike on a stand (or you could get yrself a second hand spin bike (about £100) and do it at home?

They even have virtual programs for spinning for people doing it in the comfort of their homes...

Do not give up, if you enjoy something try to find an alternative way of doing it!

And well done for spinning, I don’t have ataxia but a bike ride with kids is about all I can do!

U r doing great! I loved HiiT classes and body combat but I had to give them up. After all that psychological work I couldn't get out of the bed for the next 3 days. So keep going as much as you can.

Dear Sphinx21,

Maybe you were just doing to much! Try doing your spin class, but cut down on the time you do it! Add a bit of time...,SLOWLY!!! I say this only because I was disappointed in myself, as I bought a NuStep machine to use in my home. I could only do 10 minutes when I started, as I'd get soooo tired. Well that was a few months ago and now I do 30 minutes every other day! You sit on a seat and work your legs and arms at the same time on a NuStep machine. I find I can do things IF I work up to it slowly (add a bit of more time), rather then trying to do too much when I start. This is just my humble suggestion, as the bike suggestion by majajeffries is really good too! My best to you..., ;o)
