Hi all

I hope you are all well😃

For the last week I have been experiencing a uncomfortable numbness on my left side. It's like my bum and top of my thigh has gone to sleep. And I have been using a recumbent bike but I get a numb bum and it gets very uncomfortable! I don't want to stop exercising.

🤔 D’you think it could possibly be due to a trapped nerve..or tensed muscles due to activity

Possibly didn't exercise yesterday and seemed better. But want to stay active as can't go out at the moment

I’d advise you getting it checked out by your GP ASAP as it sounds like sciatica & left untreated can cause permanent damage & also affect the control you have over your bladder/bowel
