Where to buy Medicines?

Hi, going to be end my medicines. wonder if any one can help to advice the source? i need them in Pakistan but due to lock-down am unable to find anyone offering courier/ dispatch? Any help would be appreciated.

how is your mail service? I receive my drugs by mail from a main line pharmacy.

few of them operating but partially. Wonder if you can you tell me the name of pharmacy i will check them if they are offering international dispatches?

I doubt that my insurance company would do International. Don't know if the big pharmacies would do it either.
