I heard today some very sad news. For those of you who read the Ataxia newsletter will know of Matthew Law and his posts about life with FA. Sadly he succumbed to the virus. He will be sadly missed, an inspiration to many who met him.

This is very sad. Matthew came to the very first meeting of the Farnham Support Group, not because he was likely to become a member but simply to help & give support to a new group. He was truly inspirational and many of us have followed in awe his contributions to the Ataxia Magazine. Such a loss, not just to our community but to the world at large. RIP Matthew.

Rest in peace Matthew!

You have crossed the Rainbow Bridge to a better world! 😕🌈

Very sad news. I bought his book,'FA to do with me' and read his columns in the Ataxia UK magazine. I also found his website inspirational.

I am very sad to hear this, Matthew was always so inspirational in the magazine. A lovely chap, a few years back he gave my son who also has FA tickets to see England play at Wembley. RIP Matthew.
